Who we are

NeuroAffirm Group Ltd, Cams Hall, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 8AB. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17465975. Registered office: Lake House, 2 Port Way, Port Solent, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO6 4TY.

NeuroAffirm Group Ltd decides how your information is used, so in data protection law it is the "controller". Our Co-Founder looks after data protection for us. If you have a question about your information, email hello@neuroaffirmgroup.com or write to us at the address above.

What this website collects

This website has no forms and no accounts, and it does not ask you for any information. It counts visits only if you say yes, and it never uses that to identify you. If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we use what you tell us to reply to you. We record our phone calls.

We share our phone number with the other NeuroAffirm companies. When you call, you are put through to the company you need, and only that company keeps the recording. If you call or message us about finding work or hiring, NeuroAffirm Recruitment's privacy notice applies.

How we use it, and why we are allowed to

  • Replying to you when you email, call or message us. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.
  • Recording our calls, so we have an accurate record of what was said. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping an accurate record.
  • Running and protecting the website, with Vercel's request records, Sentry's error reports and Vercel Speed Insights. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in a website that works well and is secure.
  • Counting visits. Our legal basis is your consent. You can change your answer at any time on our cookies page.

Who handles it

Vercel hosts this website. To deliver its pages and keep it secure, Vercel records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser. As Vercel describes it (checked 30 October 2026), it keeps these records for 1 day.

If you choose That's fine, Vercel Web Analytics counts your visits so we know which pages help. It sets no cookie and does not identify you. Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load, also without a cookie. It runs unless you choose No thanks.

Sentry records errors this website meets, with technical details of the page and the browser, so we can put them right. It stores them in the EU (Germany).

Microsoft 365 runs our email, and our phone calls through Microsoft Teams. We record our calls, and Microsoft 365 keeps the recordings, and any message you leave us, in the UK, with our email.

Meta runs WhatsApp, if you message us there. We use the WhatsApp Business app, and WhatsApp also uses what it receives under its own privacy policy. Our WhatsApp messages disappear after 90 days, and we add what you tell us to our records.

If your information leaves the UK

Sentry stores data in Germany, which UK law treats as giving adequate protection. Vercel, Sentry and Microsoft are based in the United States. For them we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: each is certified under it (checked 30 October 2026). WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC, also in the United States. WhatsApp LLC is not certified, so for WhatsApp we rely on standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. Ask us for a copy of these safeguards at hello@neuroaffirmgroup.com.

How long we keep it

We keep emails, and recordings and notes of calls, for two years. WhatsApp messages disappear after 90 days. You can ask us to delete any of them sooner. As Sentry describes it (checked 30 October 2026), it keeps error reports for 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to give it to you in a format you can take elsewhere. You can also object to how we use it, and we will stop unless we have a strong reason to continue. To ask, email hello@neuroaffirmgroup.com or call +44 (0)23 9206 5450. It is usually free, and we will reply within one month.

Cookies

Our cookies page lists every cookie this website sets, and lets you change your answer about counting visits at any time.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, and tell you what we found.
