NeuroAffirm Recruitment
NeuroAffirm Recruitment is a UK recruitment agency for neurodivergent people and the employers who want to hire them. For candidates, it finds roles that suit how they work and agrees adjustments with the employer before anyone meets. Nobody needs a diagnosis to work with it. For employers, it reviews the hiring process, puts forward candidates, briefs the managers who will interview and stays in touch through probation.
NeuroAffirm Consulting
NeuroAffirm Consulting gives neuroaffirmative training and advice to employers, whether or not they are hiring. It trains hiring managers and leaders to recruit neuroinclusively, helps organisations make their cultures and workplaces inclusive, and works with them on their people policies and procedures. It also works with charities and government organisations to connect businesses with the programmes that can support them.
Training for hiring managers
An hour of practical training for the people who run your hiring: what to say, what not to ask, how to handle an adjustment request, and what the first weeks after an offer need. In person where we can, or online. You can book it whether or not you are hiring.
Before the session, you can ask for our self-assessment form. It helps you take an honest look at where your hiring is now, so the hour is built around what your managers need.
